Please inspect (check) your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong order so that we can evaluate the issue and help to resolve it as best as possible. We aim to process refunds and replacements within 28 days of receipt by us of the original product, however, depending on your item, this may take longer  returned within 14 days of receiving the order.

All orders placed on custom products (such as special orders or custom orders) are not refundable. Admin fees are applicable. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or promotions.

 No return or refund on change of mind.· You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods, including the cost of return shipping. If the item is not received by Om Décor and Furniture, you will not be eligible for a return.· If the returned item does not meet the conditions of this policy, you will be responsible for the cost of receiving your returned goods back to your nominated address.· To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your damaged item returned, and inform you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded.· We encourage you to contact us if you like to get any information on returns and refunds.· All photos & Videos shared by Om Décor and Furniture can’t be used or reproduced for commercial purposes without consent.· Pictures are for reference purpose only, before buying contact to confirm the sizes and actual product (Paintings). As colors may vary slightly Depending on the lighting .
