Return and Replacement policy

Eligibility: This policy applies only to artwork that is damaged in transit or found to be faulty due to manufacturing defects. It explicitly states that change-of-mind refunds or refunds and exchanges for custom-made-to-order items are not accepted.

Timeframe: Customers have 7 days from the date of receiving their item to request a return and replacement.
Inspection: Customers are encouraged to carefully inspect the artwork upon delivery. If they find it to be defective, damaged, or if they receive the wrong artwork, they should contact us on 0432567117 immediately. Providing photographic evidence is required in such cases.

Return Process: To initiate a return and replacement, customers should contact us. If the exchange is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Replacement: Once the original artwork is returned, a like-for-like replacement will be sent to the customer.
Discretion: The policy mentions that the determination of whether a product's failure is due to a manufacturing defect is at the sole discretion of the Om Decor and Furniture.
